I love this dealership. I bought two cars from them, in 1998, and 2004. They are an overall outstanding place to buy a car. We went looking for a new car, as our 04 camry is getting up there in mileage. Te 1998, and 2004. They are an overall outstanding place to buy a car. We went looking for a new car, as our 04 camry is getting up there in mileage. Terrell was very nice to us, and extremely knowledgable about several brands of cars. We mentioned a honda model and he was quick to reply with the differences between Toyota and Honda, in warranties and vehicle stats. I like the 04 Camry, but the 2010 (or was it 2011?) model did not impress me. The Camry's interior was no good. My 2004 Camry interior looks better. The new one has plastic seat backs and pockets that remind me of being in an airplane, not a car. Also, the side pockets in the back seat (on the doors) are gone. The dash didn't look as well put together - it looked cheaper. There was no second power hole in the center console, like the 2004. Also, in the 2004 model I had a full-size spare. The 2010 went back to a smaller tire. They claim most people never use the spare. I used mine five times. The other thing was the lack of inventory on the Rav-4. I know people are dumping the SUV for cars, but its the smallest model. They only had one, in black with this horrid beige interior. If they had a a few more colors we probably would have bought one of those. Sumter Toyota had none, so I suppose its not surprising they had one, but still, one? Terrell was a great salesman, and usually I'm happy with this dealer, but this time, I just had to go elsewhere. More
