I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Wrangler from Florence Toyota with a drive train warranty, I was having trouble with it jumping out of gear when I first took off. I took it in an they finally said that it needed a new clutch after they replaced it for the cost of the parts which was about $400.00 it started leaking oil, then told me it differial seal so they replaced them for another $400.00, took it back and they said it would take awhile for the thing to seal, so I got upset with the their service dept. and took it to the Jeep people and they said that the head gasket was leaking so they replaced that for a $1000.00 and it seems to be Ok now I think. It seems to me that Florence Toyota's service dept. did not want to stand behind there sales, so I am upset only with the service you receive there, not with Fred Coleman he is a great sales person. Fred was a great salesman. Showing us many different cars and explaining all the options for each. Florence Toyota staff was friendly and not the typical "pushy" auto dealer staff as found at many other plac and explaining all the options for each. I feel that I was given a very fair price for the auto we chhose and I was extremely happy with the service we received. Being a sued car, there were a couple of items that we wanted worked on and Fred and used car manager was more than happy to make sure we were set up witha n appointment before we left the lot to have those items taken care of. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Thanks Fred and Florence Toyota, we will be back for our next automobile purchase. More

We went in to have our 2007 Camry Hybrid serviced and took a look at the new cars on the lot. Dennis answered all our questions and showed us the benefits and improvements since the 2007 model and he tr took a look at the new cars on the lot. Salesman Troy McGarrie a 1st class slimeball. Sold me a car without floormats and promised to overnight them. Lied repeatedly to me about having sent them. The service department sells you things you don't need. Prices are high. The salesmen are patronizing. I hate every time I have to go back there. I will never buy from them again. Our Salesperson (JAY BELANGIA) was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered our questions, gave options that he thought would best match our family's needs, and patiently listened to and answered our c courteous. I had a great car shopping experience. Your salesperson, Garry, had a great personality, and he really cares about your needs, and what you are looking for in a vechile. Not overbearing with lets make a deal now, he wanted me to take my time and make the right decision. That is what I think goes in the history, is that he actually cared about my needs and not just to sell a car, or suv. He wanted what was best for the customer. I have always been weary of shopping for used vehicles due to the agressive sales tactics used in many dealers. As I assisted my mother in purchasing a vehicle today, I was very impressed with the profess due to the agressive sales tactics used in many dealers. As I assisted my mother in purchasing a vehicle today, I was very impressed with the professionalism, integrity, and dedication to developing a relationship with the customer (both my mother and myself) to ensure the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I would like to point out that each employee I encountered was friendly, spoke or greeted myself or mother, and ensured our comfort (offered water as it was a VERY hot day). Troy was extremely thorough on working with our requests to fix certain (minor) issues before the sale, as part of our sales agreement. Everything from fixing the minor issues, signing the paperwork, to detailing the car was expedited beautifully. As someone who also works in the automotive industry, I will definitely refer my customers to Toyota and to Troy. Your company should be proud of the excellent job done today, and obtaining a dedicated customer. Thank you Toyota! More
