I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry LE from Florence Toyota on Friday, October 11 2013. I found the car on their website and submitted my phone number, on Thursday, and within the hour I had a phone call from on Friday, October 11 2013. I found the car on their website and submitted my phone number, on Thursday, and within the hour I had a phone call from Terrell Small telling me I was welcome to come take a look at the car at my convenience. From the time I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Small was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to give me information about the car's interior and exterior features that were crucial in my deciding to buy the car. He rode along with me on the test drive and rather than spending that time pushing me toward a purchase, Mr. Small just made friendly conversation with me. At no point during the process of buying this car did I feel pushed or rushed into making a decision. I was impressed with Mr. Small's knowledge and character throughout this process. When I arrived at the dealership the day of the actual purchase, Mr. Small informed me that he had the service team clean the interior of the car again as well as waxing the exterior. He made sure I knew how to work the features of the car before I left the dealership with it, and I found the price I paid for the car to be more than fair, especially after researching the True Market Value of the vehicle. This was my very first car purchase; I've driven old, high-mileage, hand-me-down cars throughout high school and college; Mr. Small made my first car-buying experience enjoyable and easy for me, and I would send my friends and family to him no questions asked. I just wanted to say what a great experience I had at the Toyota Dealership in Florence. I was looking to trade my '04 Honda CRV and had been looking online with a few of the local dealerships. I saw an 09 Pilot on the website at the Toyota place and decided to call about it. I asked to speak to a salesman and Dennis Berry answered the phone. We spoke about what i needed and had to have and a day later I drove off in my Honda Pilot!!! I also have to give a shout out to Michael, the used car manager and Brandon Byrd in the finance office. Great group of folks to work with. More

We feel Terrell went way above and beyond what was expected of him. Due to the hours that my husband works and I work, he made it convenient for us instead of him and for that we were most impressed. We began with online research, where we found that some dealerships update their product availability more promptly than others. Florence Toyota is one of the well-updated internet sites. From an internet request, Rob contacted us and we set up an appointment. He knew his products and inventory well, and wasn't pushy about our decision. We came to a price that satisfied us in a reasonable amount of time. The business manager was obviously very familiar with the next steps of paperwork. When the deal was made, we struck the gong and the employees clapped. We have enjoyed our car, a Certified Used vehicle, and the guaranteed service that comes with it. More

Jay really worked with me and got me the car I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the price I wanted to pay and also got me what I wanted for my trade. Pushed checked through after I ask them to hold the checks.first check cost me 800 dollars worth of negative fees had to take out a loan for the negative fees.car payment was 460 because I was told the checks.first check cost me 800 dollars worth of negative fees had to take out a loan for the negative fees.car payment was 460 because I was told the bank that I had financing through need 3000 dollars so I got anthor 2 loans to make down payment not to mention the 85 dollars my insurance a month which comes to a grand total of 835 dollars a month for first year not only did they cheat me out of money I called them 3 days before the cash the last one and I expressed my concernes about them cashing the check and guess what they got an adittude with me and told me there is no way they would do that....guess what they did. They have so much drama going on in the office I heard so much about each person that worked up there and the fool language they used and they were not professional at all. I am bring this to a lawyer and suggest noone to use this dealership and have this nightmare situation happen to you......please take my advice...they will get you finance if they drain you dry like they did us my wife just quit work to Finnish up school and we have took a hit not there fault for that but they seemed so concerned about not getting us in a bad situation I can honestly say they will cheat you and you are better off going somewhere else More
