My husband was contacted by Brandy who stated the vehicle was still available, they had just put it online. My husband explained to Brandy that we were 105 miles away and were coming to purchase this vehicle. We left immediately. While we were on the way, we were in contact w/Brandy, via text, who was aware of the drive and our time of arrival. She also stated she was in contact with a manager who also knew we were on our way. We didn't make one stop and arrived at the dealership 1-1/2 hours after speaking to Brandy the 1st time. When we arrived a sales rep approached us. We stated which vehicle we were there to purchase, he went inside, then came back out stating he had bad news and someone else had come in 20 minutes prior to our arrival and was giving them 1st option to buy. My husband asked to speak to a manager as we felt that a proper dealership would have given us the appropriate amount of time to arrive and explain to the other client that if we didn't arrive in an appropriate amount of time, that they would have the option to purchase the vehicle. Additionally, the manager was totally unsympathetic to the situation, had us wait over an hour to see if the other client's credit would go through, didn't offer for us to come inside, a cold drink, NOTHING, but attitude when we voiced our dissatisfaction. Absolutely, the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. More

We were greeted as soon as we came onto the lot, but we never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. We came with one specific car in mind but our sales person, Natosha Lowe, found the perfect car for us as well as our budget and we couldn't be happier! I will recommend Florence Toyota to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. You've gained a lifelong customer, thanks for the help! More
Avoid this Dealership I made contact to purchase a vehicle they had listed online. As an out-of-state consumer, I had to go off the online inventory and the conversations I I made contact to purchase a vehicle they had listed online. As an out-of-state consumer, I had to go off the online inventory and the conversations I had with two different sales associates. I began, but did not complete, the online credit application. I called to speak with the associate because there were issues with the webpage. We spoke on the phone about the vehicle again, and discussed credit questions. She told me she would call me back shortly after talking to her manager. When she called me back, she informed me that they no longer had the vehicle I intended to purchase, but they had new vehicles I might be interested in purchasing. She assured me they had not run my credit, but days later this would prove to be false as I had a new hard inquirers on my credit report. Amazingly, I could not get ahold of the manager to remedy the situation, after numerous calls and messages. When I finally got him in his office on the phone, he asked me if I completed the credit request online, which I told him I didn't. I told him to pull the tapes on the phone call, since they record all calls for quality assurance. Here we are, three months later, and I'm still not getting any information from the general manager - who told me he would call me back. The deceptive nature of this dealership, who knew fully well they no longer had the vehicle I was willing to drive eight hours to purchase, coupled with the horrific customer service, make this one of the worst dealerships I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Tips for this dealer: 1) Don't use them. 2) If you ignore my line of reasoning above, please please please ensure you have eyes on the vehicle before beginning any sort of discussion with any person at this location. 3) In the event that they run your credit without your permission for a car they don't have and don't intend to sell you, be prepared to be ignored, sidestepped, or "out-of-the-office'ed" regularly. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Terrell was very informative and helpful. Explained details about the car and what I actually like most was he wasn't pushy at all. The Venza is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Toyota and I recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to go see Terrell Small. I promise you, he won't disappoint you. More

Horrible service department Does anyone anywhere do the work you pay for. Took my car to Florence Toyota and paid 175.91 for oil change, tire rotation, and front end alignment. Tire pressure is low in every tire, next oil change sticker is 5,000 miles short. My car requires oil change every 10,000 miles, not 5,000. Grease spots on my door handle and seat. These are very simple things a dealership should know how to do. Either the employees and management are incompetent or they just don't care. This poor quality workmanship, is a pattern with this dealership not a single occurrence. They seem to be fine with mechanical problems, but terrible with routine maintenance. One last thing in this tirade....I specifically asked about the tire pressure and was assured by technician it had been checked. Not so.... More

When it comes to financing they look to get it as close to what you are willing to pay. I would recommend this dealer to other purely because of the time and effort that thwy put into your cause. I am so pleased with the overall experience at Florence Toyota. More
Unprofession Car Dealership I went to Florence Toyota 2 weeks ago to get my son's Toyota 4 runner fixed. I was told it would be 600 dollars to put a fuel injector in my vehicle. I went to Florence Toyota 2 weeks ago to get my son's Toyota 4 runner fixed. I was told it would be 600 dollars to put a fuel injector in my vehicle. I bought the part and payed for the car to be put onto the machine. This cost 98.00 also. I was told it was okay to drive it back home and to come back the next morning to get it fixed. They told me a 2 hour fix. They dropped me off at the local mall and I was there 6 hours before they told me I could come back to get my car. I paid the rest of the balance and then was told that I needed a new engine. This made me mad that they took this long to tell me. I talked to the technician and was told that they would put the engine in for an out the door price for 3400.00. I told them that I needed to talk to the owner. I was told by the owners brother that the cost was 3400.00 out the door with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I was told it would take 10 days to complete this job. I called today on day 10 and I was told that the motor wouldn't be in for another week and it would cost 4300.00. My husband called and talked to the new service manager and got an attitude from him. We thought because we had a Toyota and went a Toyota dealership we would get professional service. Not the case! Really think before you get your car serviced here. We took our car here as soon as the check engine light came on. We never had a problem with this vehicle. Now we need an engine and the price has changed. I would think twice before I used this dealership! Picking my car up in the morning and getting it fixed somewhere else. I have never been as disappointed as I am with this new ownership of this Toyota Dealership! When you quote a customer a price and they leave their car in your car for 10 days and then you don't have it fixed and you go up 900.00 on the price is crazy and also they obviously didn't make us a top priority since it has been 10 days without our vehicle and now they are doing this. We could not be more pleased with the new Toyota Highlander Limited that we purchased last month, and we had an absolutely pleasurable experience making our purchase through Florence Toyota. We had delayed purchasing a new vehicle for the last 9 months because we just weren't looking forward to the hassle of high-pressure sales, multiple test drives, and price negotiations that we both had experienced previously when purchasing vehicles. However, we were more than pleasantly surprised by our car shopping experience at Florence Toyota. We do not have a single negative comment about the entire process from the viewing, test driving, application, financing and finally to the purchase. Everyone there is wonderful! Thank you! More
