I purchased my vehicle used. All seemed okay until I started seeing all these recommended repairs after the purchase. I was given two free oil changes when I purchased this car. All seemed okay until I started seeing all these recommended repairs after the purchase. I was given two free oil changes when I purchased this car. I only had this vehicle serviced at Florence Toyota so I can use the free services. Then it happened, I took the vehicle to another dealership because it was closer, and it may not seem much but my radiator reservoir cap was missing. I have been driving this car with the potential of destroying the engine because the reservoir was bone dry when I got my oil changed. Yes, it could have taken some time before something drastic happened but what if I was one of those people that always went to Walmart or some other oil change place and they did not check? So I tried to contact the service department. I left a message with one of the associates but all I keep getting are messages about purchasing another vehicle. Who does this? More

Been going here for several years for maintenance and they’re always great. They usually have coffee and doughnuts for the customers, and someone always asks how you’re doing and if you need anything. I they’re always great. I was not too bright and ran out of gas on my Rav4 Prime 9 miles before Buc-ee's to fill up. So my car got towed here and they was very nice to get it done ASAP for me, since I was from MASS and driving ho 9 miles before Buc-ee's to fill up.
