I came in having to buy a car since mine died on me. I had an amazing experience with Grady as my sales associate. He helped both me and my boyfriend buy our vehicles. On the downside, management and service ruined the experience for me. The car was delivered to my home filled with stains, melted plastic, and a severe cigarette smell. I brought it back to the dealership immediately for them to either trade out the car or fix their mistake. It has been two weeks since I brought the car back to them. They have not called me to notify me that my car has been done with repairs. I have been told almost every day that my car would be ready the next day. They have failed to keep their word on this. This is my first time buying a car on my own and Toyota has made it an awful and stressful experience. Grady has made this experience a whole lot easier to navigate. He is kind, respectful of situations, and is very transparent about everything. While another manager pushed me to the side and had me wait for 2 hours on something that he said would take him 30 minutes to complete. More
I would like to give a 5 star review because I had an excellent experience with the online salesman. When I arrived to get the car I found it with scratches and dents that were not pictured online. Also found out there was only 1 key and I was not told that upfront. Overall easy buying experience. Drove the car 2 days and the check engine light came on. Now my car is back at the dealership which is 2 hours away from my home and has been there for 4 days and no resolution yet to the check engine light. I hope Florence Toyota can redeem themselves. I am very disappointed. More

I purchased my vehicle used. All seemed okay until I started seeing all these recommended repairs after the purchase. I was given two free oil changes when I purchased this car. I only had this vehicle serviced at Florence Toyota so I can use the free services. Then it happened, I took the vehicle to another dealership because it was closer, and it may not seem much but my radiator reservoir cap was missing. I have been driving this car with the potential of destroying the engine because the reservoir was bone dry when I got my oil changed. Yes, it could have taken some time before something drastic happened but what if I was one of those people that always went to Walmart or some other oil change place and they did not check? So I tried to contact the service department. I left a message with one of the associates but all I keep getting are messages about purchasing another vehicle. Who does this? More
