9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and a state truck inspection. Arrived back after never receiving a phone call at 4:00 PM to find no oil change or inspection. As a matter of fact, it hasn’t found its inspection. Arrived back after never receiving a phone call at 4:00 PM to find no oil change or inspection. As a matter of fact, it hasn’t found its way into the shop yet. Service manager stated a I was not a priority as I was not waiting for the truck. What? Are you kidding me? If that was their policy and I was informed of it, I would have waited. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional answer from the service manager. Horrible loyal customer service. Go somewhere else! More

Michelle was very promt as setting up an appointment for me with Rick to test drive a couple of vehicles. I arrived and Rick informed me that one of the vehicles I was looking at was sold on Saturday so ano me with Rick to test drive a couple of vehicles. I arrived and Rick informed me that one of the vehicles I was looking at was sold on Saturday so another one with all of the same features was in the process of being brought down from their East Greenwich dealership. That was the winner. I absolutely love it. Rick went through all of the features with me. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. I felt comfortable and all of my answers were answered. Will definitely purchase from here again. More

I was in a bind with my old car needi in sales, and their awesome service department, I can only say that Flood Lincoln provides exceptional service. I was in a bind with my old car needing service and a state inspection. Chris helped me out and my Escape was serviced as I was purchasing my Lincoln Nautilus. Blake in finance made the loan process effortless. I live about an hout away from the dealership. Flood Ford went the extra mile and delivered the Nautilus to me. This was my third purchase from Flood, it won't be my last. Highly recommended! More

My wife and I found the vehicle we wanted online and took the ride to Flood from Connecticut. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had, which is why we are writing this review. Michelle the ride to Flood from Connecticut. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had, which is why we are writing this review. Michelle (online sales), George and Blake were phenomenal in their approach, knowledge and speed. From the moment we walked in, until we walked out, it took 3 hours. We purchased an EV car, and George was incredible in his knowledge and setup of the vehicle, teaching us along the way and registering the vehicle with our phones. Truly felt like a time gone by with really good salespeople! The ride is about 75 minutes for us, well worth it, and they will be our dealer going forward. More
