I inquired about the 2016 fusion online, Michelle promptly replied back to me to confirm that this is the car that I was interested in. She then sent me all information about the car ,along with a price quote. Michelle is the reason I decided to come down to your dealership. John D my salesperson was great, very friendly. Acquaintances of ours spoke highly of the Flood dealerships. From the first phone call with David, we were treated with courtesy. Dave and Tim worked together to lease us the exact Lincoln MKC we wanted for less than our original desired monthly payment. We never felt bullied or pressured into committing. The whole experience was incredibly easy and we could not be happier with our lease!! Had a warm handoff to a sales rep who held true to pricing, worked to accommodate my schedule, and overall it was a very easy process. All the number details were given through email, no back and forth numbers games, wasn't told to "come down and let's talk about it," never met a manager with the old "what will take to get you in a new car today." Definitely no sleazy salesmanship going on here, my associate George was straightforward, honest, and true to his word. Leasing with George was the experience I'd expect from a high end dealership. Definitely a good experience, and it was very easy to make it happen. More
