He met us outside when we arrived and was every bit a gentleman. He took us through the dealership and showed us the different categories of Lincoln. Was very knowledgeable in everything he explained, we told him exactly what we were looking for and he delivered. He brought the vehicle around for us to test drive, but before starting he explained the many features of the car. He then came with us for a test drive and we were in love with the car. We spoke to him about the different options that we absolutely wanted and the color. He was exceptionally helpful and finally came up with the car of our dreams. Tom is a great asset to Flood Ford. He knows everything about the car and all of its features. We decided to order the car that night, he even stayed later to finish the transaction. Everything went smoothly. Tom deserves a major raise. The following week we picked up the car, because it had to come from NY. Again Tom sat in the car with us and explained what we needed to know. He even synced our phone to the car. The following week we were trying to sync the garage door opener to the car but we’re having a hard time. We were sitting in the car and the phone rang and it was Tom. He walked us through everything and gave us an app to go to. We went back the following week with some more questions and he sat with us for a long time explaining again. He is very patient and is a wonderful salesman, no pressure, made us feel very comfortable about the whole experience, we are very glad that we had Tom as our salesperson. Flood Ford is absolutely AMAZING! I was hit by a tractor trailer truck and sent airborne in my Yukon on the 31st of January. I have to say however, Rob Bell and Joe (the finance manager) made this experience the best that it could be. As a matter of fact, Lance has already said that we will be coming back down when he is ready to trade in his 2014 F150!! More

Contacting the dealership to confirm they still had the vehicle we made the 1 hour trip to Narragansett. On our way we received a call from salesperson, Jon Tartaglione, who told us the vehicle would be ready when we arrived, and it was. The experience with Jon, was exceptional. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was comforting to meet with the Finance Manager, Blake, who we did not know worked there, as we had purchased vehicles from him in the past. My service experience Last week I had a tire blow out on my wife's Jeep. I brought it to a local tire shop who replaced the tire and also told me that I needed new brakes a Last week I had a tire blow out on my wife's Jeep. I brought it to a local tire shop who replaced the tire and also told me that I needed new brakes all around. I did not have them do the work, I contacted Gator at Flood because I service my F150 with him. He was able to get me in on Monday morning and their shuttle gave me a ride home. Later that morning Gator called me asking why I thought I needed brakes. I told him about the other shop trying to sell me brakes and he said it definitely doesn't need them. He said that he wouldn't even put them in the "yellow." I appreciated the honestly more than anything. I went to pick it up later in the day expecting a service fee of some sort for their time and the slip said no charge. I wanted to publicly thank Gator and his team at Flood for going above and beyond for me. More
