More time for the technologically challenged Due to some scheduling problem on delivery and pick up time, I feel we needed more time to go over the features of the car. Chris was rushed because he had several customers and needed to get to them also. I will say that he spent extra time getting our sirius radio account updated and he was even able to get our rate reduced!!! More

Certified 2019 Lincoln Navigator I found my Navigator online through Edmunds. I called the dealer and was connected with Joe Bianco in sales. I live in NJ and did not intend to drive I found my Navigator online through Edmunds. I called the dealer and was connected with Joe Bianco in sales. I live in NJ and did not intend to drive to RI to see the vehicle before purchasing it. I needed to trust Joe's recommendation/opinion. After Joe reviewed the Navigator himself he reassured me it was in pristine condition. Their Business Manager Blake Enright overnighted me the paperwork with an envelope to overnight it back to him with the signed documents.
