That design is becoming harder to find and isn't even being made anymore for the newest Rangers. I specifically wanted the extra space cab in a mid-sized 4x4 without four doors and with the longer 6-foot bed. That's exactly what Chris had for me. The previous owner seems to have done a good job taking care of the truck, but Flood went through it carefully and replaced a couple of worn components. I was given a completely fair offer for my trade-in. The financials with Blake were a breeze as well - he gave me options without any pressure, and I selected what worked best for my anticipated use and budget. The last time I bought I Ford I went to that other place in Rhode Island - but I'm definitely a loyal Flood customer from now on. Thank you. More

9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and a state truck inspection. Arrived back after never receiving a phone call at 4:00 PM to find no oil change or inspection. If that was their policy and I was informed of it, I would have waited. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional answer from the service manager. Horrible loyal customer service. Go somewhere else! Michelle was very promt as setting up an appointment for me with Rick to test drive a couple of vehicles. I arrived and Rick informed me that one of the vehicles I was looking at was sold on Saturday so ano me with Rick to test drive a couple of vehicles.
