A professional honest dealership I had visited dealerships in person, called, and emailed many other dealers, and out of all the dealerships Carson Toyota was the one that stood out t I had visited dealerships in person, called, and emailed many other dealers, and out of all the dealerships Carson Toyota was the one that stood out the most positively when it not only came to price, but also service. And believe me, dealing with other dealers I had experienced all the negative stereotypes of games that are playing in the finance office such as trying to slip in higher interest rates, increasing the agreed upon price, and trying to drag out the final process for hours in an attempt to wear out the customer into giving into buying from them. At Carson Toyota, finalizing the purchase of the car was fast and smooth with no games being played, and it is clear that Carson has strong leadership that expects integrity and straightforwardness from their staff to win over customers and thinks about winning long term loyalty from customers as opposed to trying to get a sale even if it means a customer that will never deal with them again. This was very much appreciated, and I would be willing to drive over 50 miles again to buy from Carson Toyota as opposed to buying locally or any other Toyota dealerships. More
