The salesman told me ... This mgr been here for a long time and he has 4 or 5 brothers work here, and the general mgr Martin is good friends of him and he can do whatever he wish!! Wow so I took my business elsewhere to longo Toyota and got 36 month lease for $225.00 a month Includ g taxes. It was easy deal. Thank you Eddie Afra. Longo int mgr. When we'd almost given up, we visited the Prius Chat forums and found Dianne, who had posted her 2011 Prius Deals at Carson Toyota. Based on what we had found here in the San Diego area, her deals seemed too good to be true, so we called her on Sunday morning - and were driving home from Carson Toyota in our new Prius Sunday night. Everything she had posted was 100% accurate, no hidden fees, no attempts to upsell us when we arrived at the dealership (in fact, she gave us a few extra little bonuses on the car!) and she had the car ready to go for us when we walked in the door. Not only is Dianne honest, she's an extremely kind and knowledgeable person who is more than happy to answer any questions/concerns you have. Tony in finance is also great! Instead of trying to upsell us on a bunch of options packages/add-ons, he was very straight forward, giving his recommendations, without pushing. His sense of humor definitely helped to break up the monotony of reviewing legal documents and signing various documents! We were all impressed with the service that Chilly gave us that we ended up buying three new Toyota Camr sisters who were planning to buy a new car. Two weeks later, when we decided we wanted to get a bigger car the first person we thought of is Chilly. Chilly helped us get a new 2011 Toyota Sequoia and we cannot thank him enough for his excellent service. I made an appointment online to get my Prius' recalled water pump replaced. All were very friendly and helpful from the service advisor, his assistant, cashier, and the 2 shuttle drivers. Recently I went to this dealership two times to buy a used car. First I met a sales person (Chuma) he gave me nice offers. He told me shop around and come back he will give best prices for me. The guy name Chilly came to help me. He is the worst salesman I ever seen. He does not know how to talk to the people. He even hate to his own sales people (Chuma)I went a test drive with him and I told the price Chuma offered to me. He refused that price and introduces him as Chumas supervisor. He tries to teach me about blue book values and tax information. I never see such idiot. He doesn’t give people to chance to think. I offer the price for car, then he went to his sales manager and get his approval and came back. I told him give me some time to talk with my wife. He said he has a anther customer and he cannot sell that car for agreed price.. It was really wired..I went back and bought a car from Toyota Marina Del Ray. More

Her appearance is always very tasteful and her knowledge of of job and the professional way that she goes about Carson Toyota's Service Department. I called Carson Toyota after trying to deal with Hooman Toyota who seemed like they didn't need nor care about my business. I ended up with Greg Bowman who from the first time we spoke until i drove off t Toyota who seemed like they didn't need nor care about my business. I ended up with Greg Bowman who from the first time we spoke until i drove off the lot with my new Tundra not only told the truth but treated me with respect. He also returned my calls immediately. I lease two new vehicles every three years so i have learned just how the leasing experience should be and Carson Toyota will most deffinately be seeing me again in three years. The showroom in Carson was beautifully clean and well staffed with friendly people who worked with me even down to having all of the paperwork completed before i even stepped foot onto the lot. I drove in, signed a few papers, handed over a very reasonable down payment and then drove off all within 30 minutes, a time that Greg had previously stated. I should also add that until three years ago i was an avid Ford owner of at least 6 trucks and to be honest you couldn't give me a domestic vehicle after driving and experiencing the Toyota Tundra. All in all i couldn't be happier with the whole experience, with my new truck and most of all with Greg Bowman a car salesman who is deffinately a cut above most of the sales people from other dealerships that I had recently had the displeasure of talking with. best regards, Doug Gillespie. The reason I like to come to Carson Toyota is because of "Michael Rumbaugh" and "Pete Thomas" in the service dept. These guys you can trust and they care to give you their best. Today I was in to replace th "Michael Rumbaugh" and "Pete Thomas" in the service dept. These guys you can trust and they care to give you their best. Today I was in to replace the bulbs in my truck tailights. "Michael Rumbaugh" personally took apart my tailights and replaced the bulbs with a wrench he had handy in his office. I didn't ask Michael to do it, he just went ahead and did it for me. I was in and out quick thanks to him. Another time "Pete Thomas" helped me by making a copy of my bent truck key. Everyone said it wasn't possible but Pete came up with a blank and with some persistance made a new key work. Pete was a hero that day. I will buy my next truck again from Carson Toyota because I can trust and know that Michael and Pete care to give you get great service!!!
