I’m a first time car buyer and Chilly was wonderful to work with. He was patient and assisted me in finding the exact car I was looking for. It’s hard to find a genuine sales man to actually care about work with. He was patient and assisted me in finding the exact car I was looking for. It’s hard to find a genuine sales man to actually care about your needs instead of just trying to make the next sale. He even went well above and beyond the call of duty to provide feedback on some of my inquiries even after I’d purchased the vehicle (I mean I would text him to ask him for some information and he’d promptly respond in a friendly yet professional manner – nothing beats that “excellent customer service”). So if you are looking to buy a car (new or used), don’t just only go to Carson Toyota ask for Chilly! His customer service and follow-through is simply super!! I had spent so much time researching on a camry but I really liked the 2011 Toyota Corolla interior including its features (which is why I ended up purchasing it). I can say that I am satisfied with my purchase, the monthly payments and interest rate. At Carson Toyota their goal goes beyond just selling you a vehicle, your satisfaction as a customer is equally important to them (why do I say this, my experience with them is an example)! We told him we've been shopping around and he did beat all the quotes we had from prevoius dealerships!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) My sister was so excited, she bought the car right at that moment! lol!! I arranged service for my 1998 Toyota Carolla online. It was quick and easy, and I received a confirmation to my email in minutes. The Service Advisor I was scheduled to meet with was not in when I arrived was quick and easy, and I received a confirmation to my email in minutes. The Service Advisor I was scheduled to meet with was not in when I arrived a 7:00 a.m. However, Mr. Jose Avina stepped in and began the process of getting my car serviced. He was friendly and cheerful. Mr. Avina explained things to me in a way that I could understand them. I had taken my car to a non-toyota repair shop that installed non-toyota parts. It was a nightmare. Mr. Avina assured me that my car would be repaired correctly. When he told me the car would have to be kept at Carson Toyota overnight, I panicked because I was concerned about the cost of a rental. However, Mr. Avina arranged for a loaner car at no cost to me. There is more work that I want to have done on my Toyota that I cannot afford right now, but as soon as I have the money, I am taking my car back to Carson Toyota and I want my service requests handled by Jose Avina. I purchased my 1998 Toyota Carolla from Carson Toyota as a used car many years ago and own it outright. I am in the market for a new Toyota Avalon, now. I plan to keep my 1998 Toyota Carolla. my daughter going to graduate soon, guess what, time to get a new car. When buying it narrows down to Toyota and Honda. I am fan of both but when it comes to price and quality, I stayed with Toyota. I started my research and it narrowed down to the best selling Car of Toyota - 2011 Corolla LE. I did my home work on the invoice price/MSRP price, reviews on Edmund, KBB and many other sites and I started selling email through internet to Toyota dealership around the valley. I send a email to Carson Toyota - Dianne Whitmire and she send me back another email with a OTD price which beats everyone. I reply to confirm and that is it. I made appointment today and I am in and the dealership within 1.5 hours. Carson Toyota is a big clean place with so many friendly staff you would not believed. During all these time, Carson Toyota treat me like a king. I will not buy another Toyota before checking with Carson Toyota - Dianne Whitmire, one quote for 2011 Corolla LE and one email back with the number and I am done - No sales tricks, no sales on options, no final rise cost on the documents, the number she quoted me is the number on my check. I love this place and I am going to tell everyone at work Monday and I tell you Carson Toyota is a hidden gem in the southland. If I were you, I will give Dianne a call first before going anywhere, trust me, one email is all you need and no regret because why paid more for the same car. Thanks.
