Awesome Service! I brought my E350 in for service the 2nd time due to loud engine rattling noise in the engine compartment at cold start on 10/21. Joe was kind and pro I brought my E350 in for service the 2nd time due to loud engine rattling noise in the engine compartment at cold start on 10/21. Joe was kind and professional in listening to my concern and explained the service procedure in details. The engineer noise appeared normal after the service center replaced some components in the secondary drive chain under MB warranty. The provided car loan was excellent. My car was very clean upon delivery. I am very pleased the results and the service. I thank Joe and the service staff for taking good care of my car. More

He seems to be the busiest service advisor but we don't mind waiting for him. He takes the time to see us if we are in the waiting room, or give us a call in spite of his hectic schedule to update us on our car. He is very polite, focus and consistently follows through.
