Jim was very cordial and informative in taking the time to show my son and I around to view the inventory of available cars. The day I stepped into the showroom, Shaun was very personable, and receptive to meeting my vehicle requirements. The experience in purchasing a new car was very painless, and a very simple process. I had a great experience buying my first Mercedes. I was greeted by a very nice and humorous salesman: Joe He asked me what I was looking for and was extremely helpful. When we got back from the test drive, he introduced us to "Mr Numbers" as I call him: Mike. Mike was able to work within our budget so we were able to get an amazing car at a great lease deal. I had never leased before, so I was not sure what to expect. Mike explained the lease well for us to understand. I would recommend this dealership to anybody seeking a luxury car. My wife and I are very happy with our experience and purchase. The Mercedes team stayed about 1.5 hours after closing just so we can get our car last night. I even came back a week later to get another Mercedes and my father got a Mercedes after I referred hIm. More

I never felt intimidated or not listened too. And I had met a few of sales people from this dealership. Shaun is different and was really comfortable to work with. Never pushy. Quality of Work Everything was done really speedy and was explained in detail in terms of paperwork. I never had more positive experience buying a vehicle. Friendliness Overall experience If I am at the market to buy another Mercedes, I will go and buy from Shaun. Honestly, I decided to buy a car from him because he helped me with some inquiry about my other Mercedes which my husband used from another dealer. We stopped by at the dealership and the other sales person told me that he is not going to help me since the car was not purchased here. Shaun did. A few months later, I stopped at the dealership and asked to speak to Shaun just to meet another sales associate who offered help. After a few minutes of discussion, he told me that inventory is low and I need to buy "now", and when I told him about my price expectations he told me to "go elsewhere for a cheaper vehicle". I almost went... elsewhere. I went to the same dealership and both a better car for about the same price (a bit more). This is why I would definitely come back to Shaun for the next one. She arranged for me to meet with Joe Haddad, who worked tirelessly to find the right car for me. One thing that I have noticed throughout years of dealing with car dealerships is that when it came to contact after the sale, most of them faltered. After I took my new car home, I received a call from Charlotte to see if everything met to my approval. When I received my license plates, I called Charlotte and asked if I could have the bracket attached to my front grill. Without hesitation, she told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and her assurance that they would handle my request immediately. Charlotte is a model for exceptional customer service. She really knows how to make a customer feel comfortable and appreciated. More
