Went to this dealer just for fun and curiosity about some new models. Mike Alkaddomui was probably one of the reason I purchased my new CLA, on the spot! He approached me while no other Sales people would, offered me to test drive, listened carefully for what I was looking for. He trusted me to trade-in my 2011 Cadillac SRX without even looking at the car (my car was in great shape tho. Lol). He broke the typical arrogant lazy high-end car salesperson. Custom Order- E63 AMG S Model I knew I wanted an E class car, downsizing from my S class, but was not sure if I wanted a 550 or an E63 AMG model. Without "overselling" Kate explained the cars and took me on a test drive, and by the time we were done I was sold on the powerful E63. From the introduction on day one, to the price negotiation (which was painless) to the delivery exactly as promised, Kate and Fletcher Jones are first class. Very friendly, and true to their words, I will be buying my future MBZ cars at Fletcher Jones. I live much closer to another dealer, but have heard mixed reviews, I would recommend anyone looking for a new MBZ give Kate Decosta a call first. More
