Not only did they assist me in finding a car the options I wanted, they went so far as to ship it all the way from Santa Clarita FOR FREE. All the other dealerships had a "this is all we have" mindset and were unwilling to search other dealerships when I couldn't find what I wanted on the lot. Misty searched for other cars in California, comparing prices and options to find the exact car I wanted. They even offered USAA discounts for military service members and their families, something the other dealerships omitted when we negotiated prices. Overall: An excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. If you live in San Jose or Santa Clara, I would recommend skipping Beshoff and Stevens Creek entirely and going straight to Fremont. More

Awesome Service! I brought my E350 in for service the 2nd time due to loud engine rattling noise in the engine compartment at cold start on 10/21. Joe was kind and pro I brought my E350 in for service the 2nd time due to loud engine rattling noise in the engine compartment at cold start on 10/21. Joe was kind and professional in listening to my concern and explained the service procedure in details. The engineer noise appeared normal after the service center replaced some components in the secondary drive chain under MB warranty. The provided car loan was excellent. My car was very clean upon delivery. I am very pleased the results and the service. I thank Joe and the service staff for taking good care of my car. More
