So unprofessional Fletcher Jones I have all the communications happened between us in my phone such a shame and stupidity. Never bother to call and apologize for the mess and credit score damage. I don't know if his superior aware of that or it is Fletcher jones business style ? !! I'm planning to call DMV inspector and file complaint with department of consumer affairs, I will send a detailed email to Mercedes benz USA executive corporate office.
