My life’s worst experience today at this Mercedes Benz service. I dropped my Mercedes today morning 10:20 for service. Was expected to get my car back and a callback for status. I tried calling my advisor all day but no one picked up call. Then I got a text at 4:58 “Yes just finished”. I arrived at the dealership and they had already closed for the day and they will open on Monday. Now my car is in possession with the dealership till Monday and I have no medium to go back home as I did not bring my phone with me. I was stuck at the dealership for an hour and nobody at the Sales tried to help me. I had some urgent matters to handle on the weekend. This is one of the ridiculous places I have ever got my Mercedes serviced. Lack of communication, no response of calls, lack of professionalism on their end. This is not what Mercedes is know for!! More
