My grandparents took their Sprinter in for routine maintenance and found that the catalytic was stolen in their storage yard. Cal at the Sprinter repair shop was wonderful to us. LaRoyne is absolutely by far the best Service Advisor I have had the pleasure to work with. He is devoted to customer satisfaction and always makes sure I am cared for. She was helpful with my service lights that kept going on even though that service was NOT needed. She had her tech fix and replace these faulty service sensor lights and it was under warranty.
