Impeccable service I can't stress enough how happy I'am with the service at Fletcher Jones Imports! I have always hated the service at Mercedes Of Henderson! I was consi I can't stress enough how happy I'am with the service at Fletcher Jones Imports! I have always hated the service at Mercedes Of Henderson! I was considering on driving 8 hours out of my way, to the next Mercedes Dealership in Nv. Once I found out Fletcher Jones was a sister company to Mercedes, I decided to email a service advisor and get a quote for the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. My service advisor was on top of everything, he made me feel important, and changed my mind about driving 8 hours to get better service then the Henderson location. Once I got to Fletcher Jones Imports, EVERY staff member was very friendly! My service advisor (Dennis Eich) saved me money as well! Mercedes Of Henderson quoted $3294 more then Fletcher Jones, and other Mercedes dealerships(which makes me feel like I'm being screwed over, due to being a woman, and class of car), for the same work that needed to be done to my vehicle. From here on out Fletcher Jones Imports will be the new place I take my car, and future business to. I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones Imports to anyone! I'm extremely satisfied! There are many other dealerships closer in the area, but the service, friendliness and overall experience kept me coming back. What made this experience possible was dealing with service advisor Dennis Eich. Since day one, he has been very accommodating and professional .Best dealership I have dealt with so far. No complaints! More
Incompetent and useless adviser. Josh Sutton told me on 4/2/13 that the 6 month used Merc E63 I had just bought had 3 extra service prepaid visits on it. I used one for the visit. He had been an idiot on another occasion so I was feeling better about the whole situation. Today, when I wanted to use the last prepaid service(s) I was in Phoenix. The service adviser showed me how wrong Josh is/was. She looked at the screen for less than a minute. Turns out Josh was wrong, and when we called him to verify this, he blamed this on the service manager @FletcherJones. I called the service manager, Rick, who confirmed that Josh made the mistake and somehow couldn't admit to the mistake, leaving me believing in being able to use the prepaid services. More

I have been coming to have my cars serviced here for 3 years. While it would be best never to need service, other than normal scheduled maintenance visits, things happen to cars so, as long as I have to c years. Her friendly and helpful demeanor make it actually enjoyable to do so just for the fact I get to visit with her, see her kind smile and get my car back in good shape as a bonus! Cars don't feel much, people do, so it's a relief to know I'm coming to be treated well and get the assistance I need. I am indeed very grateful to have Ana Corbo as my service rep. (The problem with that is we only want him to work on our car). From beginning to end it is always a great interaction and the honesty is what sets you apart from the rest. i have a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire that uses Mercedes running gear and suspension components - the car had a noise problem coming from the rear which was very unnerving - i took it to Chrysler twice and running gear and suspension components - the car had a noise problem coming from the rear which was very unnerving - i took it to Chrysler twice and an independent garage once and neither of them were able to locate or fix it - as a last resort i contacted Fletcher Jones via email and Krista Alshouse the Business Development Manager responded - i explained the problem and Krista set up the appointment with all the right people - Jeffrey Dages, the Systems Tech heard the noise and he found the problem(s) - he fixed it and after having it in other shops 3 times without resolution the noise is now gone and i can enjoy the car again without the fear of a breakdown - Krista worked with me to set this whole process up, Jeffrey Dages fixed the problem, Jose Sutton the Service Consultant handled me with kid gloves and even Brian the shuttle driver were all just great to work with - so i congratulate Fletcher Jones on an excellent team and thank them all for giving me piece of mind again when driving this car. More
