Service Team is the Best I have been coming to the Fletcher Jones dealership for more than three years. There was nothing about this particular visit that stands out--and tha I have been coming to the Fletcher Jones dealership for more than three years. There was nothing about this particular visit that stands out--and that's a good thing because the team is uniformly excellent. My car was in for scheduled maintenance this time and they had it in and out of the service area in slightly more than an hour, which included a thorough cleaning both inside and out. The only area for improvement that I can ever find has nothing to do with the quality of service or the personnel at Fletcher Jones. Someday, I hope the owners of the dealership will take a hard look at improving the traffic flow into and out of the compound. Despite the availability of multiple service lanes, patrons are often confronted with huge bottlenecks when getting into and out of them due to the narrow entrance and exit lanes and the maze-like turns that are required to leave the property. Excellent Experience I recently brought my S550 in for service after having moved to Vegas from FL, where we took our cars to Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach. I then brought I recently brought my S550 in for service after having moved to Vegas from FL, where we took our cars to Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach. I then brought my older S500 in. In both cases, Josh Singer, was my Service Adviser, was the singular best. In the case of the S500, the repairs were becoming such that it was questionable as to whether to continue making them. Josh was very honest and helpful with this point. The bottom line is that I immediately proceeded to lease a new Mercedes. This process was just completed and was the best decision. Everyone involved in this process, specifically, Cookie Ackley, Rene Dubose and Patrick (finance), was terrific and very knowledgeable. And, I am also impressed wit the work of the valet/car wash staff. Kudos to all. Sarah Kendrick More
