A pleasure as always I have been dealing with Dennis Eich for 8 years now and I can truly say, if Dennis was not my service manager or if Dennis were to leave the company, I have been dealing with Dennis Eich for 8 years now and I can truly say, if Dennis was not my service manager or if Dennis were to leave the company, I'm not sure I would continue there. I have been asked many times over the years "why do you go to the dealership"?! I explain "it's because of Dennis, I feel safe and secure and I know he will always go out of his way to take care of me and my car"! I know when I drive away, my car is safe and I know he exceeded my expectations! More

Bad News... but given with compassion I'd gone in for a routine service and to determine why the "check engine" light was coming on intermittently. Dennis said it was probably a software u I'd gone in for a routine service and to determine why the "check engine" light was coming on intermittently. Dennis said it was probably a software update that was needed, but he'd let me know. Turns out that it was an AdBlue sensor which was malfunctioning and because it's built into the tank, it is necessary to place the whole tank. (Why a sensor is built into a tank is another question.) On top of that, the parts department originally quoted the price for the wrong part. Dennis called, kept me informed, and did what he could to help with the sticker shock. More
