The best service department! I've had my car serviced at Fletcher Jones for 4 years. We have relocated numerous times and have not always had pleasant service experiences in other I've had my car serviced at Fletcher Jones for 4 years. We have relocated numerous times and have not always had pleasant service experiences in other cities. I have found the service personal at Fletcher Jones honest, trustworthy and competent. Effortless I texted my salesman what the problem was that I was experiencing with the car. Received a phone call from him shortly afterward and all the arrangeme I texted my salesman what the problem was that I was experiencing with the car. Received a phone call from him shortly afterward and all the arrangements were made from there. Because a part was needed upon diagnosis I was given a time frame -2 days, and 2 days later my car was back in my garage! More

Exceptional!! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Josh Singer. I didn't have an appointment but I reached out to Josh to see if I could get my vehicle looked at I wanted to take a moment to recognize Josh Singer. I didn't have an appointment but I reached out to Josh to see if I could get my vehicle looked at after my battery died and i was not able to operate my sunroof. He said he was happy to look at it so I took it in Tuesday morning. I was in a panic and pressed for time (I was on my way to work) and he reassured me he would do what it took to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I also told him I needed to get a new battery cable, bolt and get it reprogrammed. Josh exceeded all my expectations and had my car ready in less than 30 minutes and had me on my way. I was so impressed and delighted with the effectiveness of everything I could have burst! This was truly one of the best experiences I have had at Mercedes. I am very happy with the attention to detail and the concern of my time that Josh exuded, I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Josh is truly amazing and I wanted to take this time to tell him I really appreciate everything he did! I am one happy camper!!! Sincerely, Angela Riffle More
