Great service Nothing beats the customer service at this dealership. Spencer ,Kaplan makes my time there fast and painless. Nobody likes having car problems, but he Nothing beats the customer service at this dealership. Spencer ,Kaplan makes my time there fast and painless. Nobody likes having car problems, but he is quick to greet you, diagnosis the problem and get my car back to me quickly. And then nothing beats a chat with Rick Rizzolo when thinking about upgrading my current ride. More

527 miles from home, I found my dealership again! Like the title says, on a trip when an issue appeared on my 2016 E350. great fast road side service Spencer Kaplan went above and beyond to help me with my flat tire. He sent Bill, the road side service mechanic.
