I had a problem with unknown sounds emanating from underneath my vehicle. They found the problem and it was fixed at a very timely matter. I jumped the gun by giving the service department such a high rating. In my last review, I stated the service department had fixed the squealing sound emanating from underneath my vehicle. This morning was high rating. In my last review, I stated the service department had fixed the squealing sound emanating from underneath my vehicle. This morning was the first time that I lowered the top on my vehicle, at which time I noticed that the squealing was still there. When you drive the vehicle with the top up you cannot hear the squealing sound. With the top lowered, the squealing sound is still there. I will call the dealership tomorrow and set up another appointment with the service department. This will mak the fourth time that I’ have taken the vehicle in and the squealing situation has not been resolved. Mercedes cars are excellent vehicles, I cannot believe that the service personnel employed by Mercedes cannot figure out how to fix this problem. As you can tell, I am a little upset because I spent a lot of money on this car, and now it’s taking up a lot of my time trying to get it repaired. More
