Worst service ever experienced for mercedes. On my c230 they broke my fog lamps and put a dent on my hood. They denied, I complained about it before i left the dealership. On my C32, forgot to tighten my f they broke my fog lamps and put a dent on my hood. They denied, I complained about it before i left the dealership. On my C32, forgot to tighten my front wheel lug nuts, found out about it when I got home I was already missing a bolt and the rest are very loose. They service my transmission and somebody forgot to put the lock pin on the shift lever so tranny would engage. I just feel that they dont care about our cars because we have no choice since they are the only dealership here in Las Vegas. More

Always accomodating - never several personnel in Southern Cal including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica W.I. Simonson, Torrance, Rusnak Arcadia/Pasadena. Always accomodating - never tried to overcharge. Now that I'm back in So. Cal., I really miss having Tom as my service advisor. More
