Our entire experience with Fletcher Jones Imports was by far the best we have ever experienced in previous automobile purchases. From the time we first called the dealership, we were treated with exceptiona far the best we have ever experienced in previous automobile purchases. From the time we first called the dealership, we were treated with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. We were trading in our used 2007 C230, which had a small repair to be done. We first got to the dealership and dealt with Ryan Cross who instantly knew us by name and welcomed us to the dealership. After we spoke with him, we were asked to wait in the customer lobby, where Allen Morris kindly greeted us, to let us know that Chris Cryer would be with us shortly. A few minutes later, we were greeted by name and taken to Chris's office to discuss our visit. Chris took us to the lot for the car we had looked at online and took us for a test drive. He also offered a few other vehicles to test that were within our price range. He was very knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz line and products, as well as several other services and options that Mercedes-Benz offers. We were given a fair price for our trade in as well as the sales staff working with us to bring the vehicle we purchased to something we could all agree on and be satisfied with. We felt as though the entire process was done honestly and without the usual "sales pitch" and back & forth negotiations that you usually encounter with dealerships. We were treated as though we purchased the most expensive car on the lot; with everyone in every department making sure we were taken care of, satisfied and happy with our purchase. Our financing procedures were painless and quick, with other services offered that we purchased as well (which surprisingly weren't outrageous). Our Finance Manager and Maxine were both there to make sure we understood everything and let us know that they would take care of scheduling our additional options that we purchased. We were then taken to the vehicle and completely explained on how the whole car works, as well as helped us set up our phones to Bluetooth for the vehicle before we left. We honestly could write more about our experience and how happy we are, however their reputation in the industry speaks for itself, I'm sure. We have been contacted by Chris to follow up and make sure we were happy or had any questions, and to thank us again. Chris is definitely a huge asset to the Fletcher Jones family. I have asked for several of his business cards that I will sharing with family & friends alike. I definitely know that our next vehicle purchase and services will ONLY be with Fletcher Jones. We are now a customer for life! For my husband and myself, when we receive customer service that goes above and beyond, it makes a loyal customer! Thank you Chris and Fletcher Jones Imports! More
My wife and I were traveling from Monterey, CA to La Quinta, CA. with an overnight in Las Vegas. We also had our one year old long haired puppy with us. As we arrived in LV, all the electric systems in the car shut down. There was no air conditioning, no dash board lighting, no radio, no door locks, the windows would not open...nothing! Luckily the power steering and brakes worked but we were afraid to turn off the engine in case it would not start again. We continued to drive for about 40 more minutes in spite of 100 degree heat in the car. It was after 6:00 PM when we checked in so all we could do was wait until the next morning. Luckily, the car started up but we did not want to drive through the desert without full confidence in the car. The next morning (11 March 2013) I drove out to Fletcher Jones at about 6:45 AM. Dennis Eich was in his office getting ready to start the day. Even though he was not yet open, he waved me in and said he would take care the situation. I completed the necessary paper work, he took the keys and told me to go to the customer waiting room. He said that a technician would run a diagnostic test on the car and they would take care of it. Dennis said that the test would cost $150 but that would count towards any repair costs. A couple of hours later Dennis returned to let me know the outcome of the tests. He said that everything checked out fine, that they could not find any problem with the car and that there would be no charge for the time and effort of him or the technicians. And, oh, by the way, the car would be out in a few minutes after they had finished washing it. I have to say that my experience with Fletcher Jones that day was one of the best in my life. I had very low expectations when I woke up that morning. I was looking at costly repairs, long delays and lots of uncertainty. The reality became a truly amazing, uplifting and joyful experience. Dennis is an amazing employee who certainly made my day. He was sympathetic, professional, prompt and courteous beyond all expectations and requirements. His ability to take charge of my situation and make things happen speaks volumes about him and the leadership, management and vision of Fletcher Jones Imports. And the customer lounge is the best one by far! Coffee, donuts, bagels, newspapers, HDTV and a very hard working and efficient staff woman smiling all the time. And there were six other very satisfied customers happily waiting for their cars. Amazing! Thank you very much for reassuring me about the American business and work ethic. I will probably buy another MB because of this experience. More
Chris Cryer took excellent care of me from first introduction to final delivery of car from Nevada to Utah. I could not have asked for a better salesman and I will recommend Chris to anyone interested in a Smart Car or Mercedes-Benz. It is unusual in this day and age to find an honest salesman willing to go the extra mile for a customer but Chris Cryer did just that for me. We just recently moved back to Las Vegas and didn't know where to take our Mercedes in to get serviced. Fletcher Jones Imports was close by... so I called and made a appointment. Ana Corbo was my Service Advisor, she couldn't have been a nicer person, she was friendly, helpful, professional and made me feel at ease. She explained everything to me , so their were know surprises or hidden cost when I came to pick up my car. I will definitely be using her for all my car needs. Thanks so much for the Great Service! I've owed several different makes (BMW, Audi, Infiniti, Porsche, etc) and I can say that in all my experience with other dealerships, nothing compares to the level of customer service and friendliness that Porsche, etc) and I can say that in all my experience with other dealerships, nothing compares to the level of customer service and friendliness that I continue to experience at the service department at Fletcher Jones Mercedes of Las Vegas. The entire team at FJM is great but I can honestly say that Doug Wolf is the absolute best AMG service techician in Nevada and arguably the country. His attention to detail and knowledge as it relates to diagnosing and fixing these these cars keeps me a loyal customer. He loves his job, these cars and most importantly his customers and it definitely shows. Fletcher Jones Mercedes is lucky to have him. Keep up the good work Fletcher Jones team! More
My wife and I have purchased several new cars during our marriage. In 2005, we had become fed up with the poor service of the dealers we had worked with. After a another terrible episode at a Jeep dealer in Las Vegas, we left with my wife so upset to search for another vehicle, dealer and manufacturer. We went to Fletcher Jones and were greeted by Davi Juneja. It is difficult to describe the difference in customer service in just a few words. It was impressive. He was a great listener and was so understanding. He actually has the entire inventory memorized, as well as all of the features and capabilities of each model. He can match your needs perfectly. He made the sales experience so pleasant and quick. The price we settled on was very reasonable and highly competitive. In the end, he made the other dealers and their sales staff look pathetic. He could teach the other manufacturers' sales staff. He set the standard. I am still impressed today. We have just purchased our fourth car and it was great again! We were introduced us to the GM, who was very, very nice. He has a great staff. Every person at Fletcher Jones is very professional, helpful, polite, patient and always bend over backwards to satisfy. The Finance staff, Maxine is the best; she really knows how to get things done. She and Ivan are incredible. Between the two of them they make the process so easy and are so professional. The service staff are all also very profesional. They make you feel that you are so special and very proud to be a Mercedes owner every time you visit. They make the often stressful experience I have had at Chevrolet look bad. Dennis has helped us over the years. He is so patient, knowledgable and friendly. Even the car wash personnel are so professional and friendly. They always treat us so special. The entire staff at Fletcher Jones are amazing. It does not surprise me that the U.S. manufacturers are struggling. From the reports of factory workers drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana to poor sales and service. They just do not seem to get it. Well I Mercedes and Fletcher Jones does. I love the vehicles, they are the best and I love being treated like I am valued, like I am family. Now, when I drive around and see other drivers I feel sorry for them. I know they are tolerating poor customer service. Every opportunity I have I tell people just how good my wife and I have it at Mercedes and Fletcher Jones. Anyone who is tired of their dealer and/or car should go see them. They will never regret it! More
My wife and I have 1 Mercedes and 2 AMGs. We are tremendously lucky to have Doug Wolf be our automotive technician, engineer and mechanic. Mr. Wolf is not just the best in Nevada, but in the entire tremendously lucky to have Doug Wolf be our automotive technician, engineer and mechanic. Mr. Wolf is not just the best in Nevada, but in the entire world. Indeed, he treats our vehicles as if they are his own and I could not feel more confident with our service and repairs. In fact, I now have my parents bringing their 2 Mercedes vehicles to Las Vegas so Mr. Wolf can take care of and maintain their Mercedes vehicles. Thank you Mr. Wolf! More
