I have been coming to have my cars serviced here for 3 years. While it would be best never to need service, other than normal scheduled maintenance visits, things happen to cars so, as long as I have to c years. On October 8th, I went with two friends to check on the new C class 2014 model. We approached one salesperson named Michael Mondesi and asked some questions about the newest model. As we talked further, I noticed one C250 model was on sale and I was interested that Michael let me take it for a ride. I was not even planning to get it but Michael was so convincing and told me not to miss this opportunity because the car will sale fast. It's because of people like Michael and his genuine personality that he sat me down and told me detailed information about the loan and good interest rate. Unlike other salespersons, Michael told me not to rush and think it over. But because he gave me such a great deal with low interest rate, I bought the car in the end. I went home very satisfied and kept on thinking about the nice guy, Michael, who helped me from beginning to end. Also, the sales assistant named Cristina Sosa was vey helpful and sweet. She took her time and went over all my questions. I usually don't have time to write this but I feel the need to mention these exceptional people. I can honestly say that when I first walked in the showroom I thought I would be treated with less than expected respect and dignity but I was sadly mistaken. The only problem I have now is I have forgotten most of what she showed me and now I have to rely on the manual. The car, what can I say, the CLA250 is everything and more. i have a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire that uses Mercedes running gear and suspension components - the car had a noise problem coming from the rear which was very unnerving - i took it to Chrysler twice and running gear and suspension components - the car had a noise problem coming from the rear which was very unnerving - i took it to Chrysler twice and an independent garage once and neither of them were able to locate or fix it - as a last resort i contacted Fletcher Jones via email and Krista Alshouse the Business Development Manager responded - i explained the problem and Krista set up the appointment with all the right people - Jeffrey Dages, the Systems Tech heard the noise and he found the problem(s) - he fixed it and after having it in other shops 3 times without resolution the noise is now gone and i can enjoy the car again without the fear of a breakdown - Krista worked with me to set this whole process up, Jeffrey Dages fixed the problem, Jose Sutton the Service Consultant handled me with kid gloves and even Brian the shuttle driver were all just great to work with - so i congratulate Fletcher Jones on an excellent team and thank them all for giving me piece of mind again when driving this car.
