Impeccable service I can't stress enough how happy I'am with the service at Fletcher Jones Imports! I have always hated the service at Mercedes Of Henderson! I was considering on driving 8 hours out of my way, to the next Mercedes Dealership in Nv. Once I found out Fletcher Jones was a sister company to Mercedes, I decided to email a service advisor and get a quote for the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. My service advisor was on top of everything, he made me feel important, and changed my mind about driving 8 hours to get better service then the Henderson location. Once I got to Fletcher Jones Imports, EVERY staff member was very friendly! My service advisor (Dennis Eich) saved me money as well! Mercedes Of Henderson quoted $3294 more then Fletcher Jones, and other Mercedes dealerships(which makes me feel like I'm being screwed over, due to being a woman, and class of car), for the same work that needed to be done to my vehicle. From here on out Fletcher Jones Imports will be the new place I take my car, and future business to. I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones Imports to anyone! I'm extremely satisfied!
