Shai Winograd top salesman with good follow up Service Department gets a high rating for a dealership of this size, although a little hard to get a loaner car at times. This is not a criticism, as Service Department gets a high rating for a dealership of this size, although a little hard to get a loaner car at times. This is not a criticism, as the customer volume is high. Services such as an insurance rep right there to serve a new customer are one good feature. Would recommend MB Smart Car & Fletcher Jones to anyone. More

Tom & Dave went over every detail and made me feel totally comfortable. I even upgraded to another car that I really wanted. And I had fun during the process, which I think is one of the most important parts of buying. Maxine was very good as well. Her knowledge of the finance area was greatly appreciated. She made that part painless. And Patrick Jones was very good with the execution of all the paperwork...seamless delivery! Lisa did an excellent job demonstrating the vehicle. He treats everyone with respect no matter their age (from 20s to senior citizens into their late You'll always get excellent service from Dennis Eich! He treats everyone with respect no matter their age (from 20s to senior citizens into their late 70s and older) Dennis took care of my sister's Mercedes when it had a funny sound and Dennis took care of my mother's much older Mercedes (that she loves). -- Dennis completely fixed my mom's Mercedes when no other shop could -- My mom was so happy when she saw her car so shiny and clean (from Fletcher Jones' wash) and special care was taken to clean the inside of her car too -- making every part of her Mercedes just as brand new as when she bought it. Now my mom's car runs perfectly and is so shiny clean. Much Thanks to Dennis Eich and Fletcher Jones Mercedes!!! More
