Amazing I have been working with Ryan Cross as my service advisor .I have had only one other service advisor who has besides Ryan Cross and she recently trans I have been working with Ryan Cross as my service advisor .I have had only one other service advisor who has besides Ryan Cross and she recently transferred from BMW and her name is Danielle . What you get with Ryan is true professionalism and courtesy , he is very detailed oriented and is on top of all his clients .What else can you ask for .It doesn't get any better than this. I will not go to the Henderson location again for service because they lack customer service skills.I would rather make the trip from Lake Las Vegas to Fletcher Jones Sahara for the great service from the service advisors to all the porters to the rental car personal . Because it is always a great experience. More

Worst experience ever. Not to be trusted I bought a new G65 AMG from Sebastian at Fletcher Joes, NV near Las Vegas. shortly after I wanted to order a G550 4x4, I was told by him that the car I bought a new G65 AMG from Sebastian at Fletcher Joes, NV near Las Vegas. shortly after I wanted to order a G550 4x4, I was told by him that the car was ordered after he sent me all the specs on the vehicle. despite many reassurances from him the vehicle was ordered, when I recently inquired as to the status of the vehicle in question, a person by the name of Cookie advised me that coincidentally they have one in stock which became available today in the exact color I had ordered which could be purchased for $25,000 over MSRP. These folks lack honesty and integrity and despite having bought just a year earlier a vehicle from them this is how they treat repeat customers. I will be writing a letter to MB USA detailing my written assurances and interactions with them. YOU AHVE BEN WARNED. More
