Janae helped me in deciding between a GLS or a GLE. I thought at first that I might want the extra seating in the GLS. After thinking it through I decided on the GLE 350. Janae allowed me the time I needed in making my decision, without ever pressuring me. Over a two month period (I went out of town) I continued to ask questions via text and Janae continued answering them, even offering to go out and take pictures of different GLE's. I ended up with a beautiful AMG 43 and couldn't be happier! The day of the purchase Janae was out of town on training and we dealt with Sal (I'm so sorry I don't remember his last name) who was equally as helpful in our actual purchase. I left Fletcher Jones with a new a lifelong friend AND a beautiful Mercedes! More

Oil leak Dennis Eich took care of the issues on my Mercedes. He contacted the Extended Warranty company, had them inspect my car and then scheduled it for rep Dennis Eich took care of the issues on my Mercedes.
