I bought a CPO 2011 Audi S4 in November 2013 all the way from the state of Virginia. My car purchasing experience with Matthew Bogdan at Fletcher Jones Audi was the best I've ever had. At the time, I was deployed overseas, but from the start, Matthew worked with me from long distance with quick responses to my numerous questions. Their pre-owned prices are unmatched. He cut me the best deal in the country as I was searching nationwide for my car. I was personally welcomed at the airport by Matthew and he immediately displayed his professionalism. After arriving at the dealership, I was out of there within 2 hours because he knew I was in hurry to get on the road. He got me the best finance rate (beat my credit union) and even coordinated my home state (Virginia) taxes and DMV registration fees. Matthews honesty, extensive Audi knowledge, and hard working attitude will definitely bring me back when I'm ready to buy another car. More

Worst customer experience ever! Sales managers engage in shady, unprofessional and unethical business practices. On August 29 2013, I scheduled a 2pm appointment to test drive a 2009 Nissan GTR that was li shady, unprofessional and unethical business practices. On August 29 2013, I scheduled a 2pm appointment to test drive a 2009 Nissan GTR that was listed for sale. I traveled from Milwaukee to Chicago, and when I arrived I was met by the sales representative who I scheduled the appointment with. We went on the test drive, and when we returned were met by another customer asking how the drive was and then the other customer told us that he just purchased the car. The sales representative and I went to speak with the sales manager Joe Benne, and when asked why the car was sold from under me while I was on the test drive, Joe just shrugged his shoulders and did not even get up out of his desk to listen to the problem and gave the impression that he did not want to address the issue hoping that it would go away. He was more concerned about making a sale than the fact that there was a scheduled appointment going on that would have resulted in a sale. After talking to him further, the only responses I got were that there was no guarantee that I was going to show up for the appointment, even though I did show up and he didn't even think of picking up a phone to call me, and that because I had a trade in maybe I couldn't afford it. I proceeded to show him the loan information I had from USAA to purchase the vehicle and told him that it was disappointing on the way he handled the situation. I got my car back from being inspected and left. I will never purchase a vehicle from this business and will be sure everyone I know never does either. More

This is literally the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I experienced both the sales and service side. I saw a car online that I was very interested in, a non-audi, used car the misfortune to come across. I experienced both the sales and service side. I saw a car online that I was very interested in, a non-audi, used car hat Brian the sales guy had no issue telling me was not as profitable or as worth their time as new audi's were and therefore they had to have a decision within a day or two. The car was not inspected properly before purchasing it and was in the service department within 2 days of me driving it off the lot. Once there, it took them 10 DAYS to fix an air conditioning problem, which they refused to pay for even though it should have been fixed before I left with the car. Finally, they submitted it under warranty and said they'd cover the $100. When I went to pick up the car 10 days later, they told me I'd be responsible for the $100 deductible (that they'd already promised to cover). After this AC issue popped up, I had the hardest time getting anyone to respond to me at all from the service department, let alone give me a timeline on the repair. I also requested the required by law inspection report that I have yet to see/receive. Then, they "politely" offered me a loaner after 5 days of having my car. The loaner happened to get a flat within a couple days of me driving it. They told me to call audi support and it would "all be covered". However, I just noticed a charge from Fletcher Joans on my credit card for $264....no authorization ever took place for the charge. They are deceitful, money hungry jerks. I will never, ever deal with them again and will certainly be reporting them to the BBB. I would give zero stars if possible. More

This is my second vehicle from Matthew and Tim what keeps me as a customer is the knowledge, professionalism, and courteousness of Matthew and Tim . Matthew took me to their storage lot to see the cars as well as coming to my office to have the papers signed. Tim the sales manager was extremely efficient. I did not have to sit around and wait. Even though they were busy everyone took care of my needs and were not distracted with other customers or other deals. It was the quickest turn around time to get the new car that I have every experienced. I will be sure to come back for another vehicle! More

We were promptly greeted by Brandon Dunne after we requested to talk with a sales person. He couldn't have been any better to us. He answered all of our immediate questions about the two model types and then suggested we hop into an A4 for a test drive. Throughout the ride, he helped point out different features and addressed our questions as they arose. Needless to say, we fell in love with the test car and took our conversation back inside to look at their A4 inventory. We settled on a particular A4 Prestige, which they brought over to us from a different lot, even after closing time. We finalized my trade-in and deal very quickly (they offered us the same trade-in price as Mini did) and we were out the door in the new car. We felt like Brandon was just as excited for us as if he were buying his own car. To allow both of us to part ways for the weekend, we set time to return on Monday for him to give us a thorough rundown of the various features. In between, he e-mailed a variety of videos on how the A4 works. He kindly sat with me that Monday after the fact to walk me through every single detail of the car, as well as its manuals. Brandon made our experience a wonderful one and I would recommend him to any future Audi shoppers. I read some of the comments here about the costs for services and I had to wonder if this was the first time anyone had ever had their luxury vehicle serviced? This is what it costs to own and maintain a premium vehicle. They do offer a program called Audi Care, which helps to cover service. (This may appeal to BMW buyers who are used to worry-free maintenance.) More
