Will Gonzalez has been my service representative both times I've been to FJ. In fact, I specifically asked for him before making my most recent appointment. He is consistently responsive in all ways--phone, e-mail, text--and extremely helpful. Most recently, I asked him to prioritize a variety of recommended repairs, and he worked with me in away that gave me confidence I was doing the best for the vehicle's service at the right price. in addition, he arranged loaner vehicle on short notice. It was a new A4 and it was fantastic. I hated to give it up. I will be returning to Fletcher Jones to complete my repairs and look forward to the experience. Chris Thompson More

This has to one of the best Audi dealers in the Country. This is the first time I brought my new car in for service (after buying it here) and the service was as great as when I had my other car serviced he This is the first time I brought my new car in for service (after buying it here) and the service was as great as when I had my other car serviced here for 4 years. The employees are always attentive and very knowlegible about my vehicle. The place as an up to the minute feel so you believe you are getting state of the art service. I can't see currently how buying a car or getting a car serviced can be any better. More
