My Audi Brand specialist was Bill Wierenga, was very professional, easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the car and friendly to me. I also like to thank Niko Dieter Karvunidis General Manager for all his help on making the deal happen Even though the dealership was extremely busy the day I was there, Bill Wierenga and Niko were patient and made sure to answer all of my questions. Great New Purchase Experience with Fletcher Jones Audi. Just completed a great purchasing experience with Fletcher Jones, and wanted to especially thank my salesman Michael Ludwick along with others on the Just completed a great purchasing experience with Fletcher Jones, and wanted to especially thank my salesman Michael Ludwick along with others on the customer and finance team for an exceptionally good job and pleasant experience to boot. We were replacing our Mercedes GL450. After comparing to other models the Q5 became our choice, but we were frustrated in trying to find the 3.0L model in our preferred color - silver, because it seems to be maybe the least common combination Audi makes in the Q5. We aggressively worked dealers in the suburbs (near our home) and the City (where I work) trying to find the silver 3.0. After another dealer wasn't able to secure the 3.0, I was resigned to go back to square one, but gave Mike the charge to find a silver 3.0, if possible. Even as he took on the job, I was skeptical that one could be found, since the silver 3.0 seemed to be like a unicorn at that point. Not even Audi's national website or other national sites (like Cars.com) showed inventory in our market with our desired spec. So I was prepared to break the news to my wife that Fletcher was possibly chasing a ghost like the first dealer. But my faith in Mike proved to be well worth it. One day after the other dealer came up empty, Mike was working on a trade/swap with an out of town dealer who had our desired car. A tense 24 hours later, he confirmed not just that it existed (to my surprise), but that Fletcher's trade manager (Matt) had gotten the swap done. I went in to the dealership to start my paperwork, only to find Mike wasn't available. His colleague Brian stepped into get me started, and told me Mike had been dispatched personally to pickup the car from the other dealer and would be gone for much of the day. Brian got me up to John in Finance in no time and I was prepared to call my bank to complete financing. When I sat down expecting a whole rigmarole, John was ready for me to sign... DONE. Audi Financial had matched my very favorable bank rate and I was all set. In and out in around 2 hours (probably less in real time, but if I count my browsing the Audi catalogs in my down time, I guess I'd round up to 2 Hrs). Never before have I had such a painless experience buying a new vehicle. Beyond Mike's personal hustle and very casual approach that made me warm to him right away, I have to say that I was very impressed that they all served me so well as a team, and covered/supported each other at each step of the way. Made it seem so easy from my perspective, but I know it's not common, so it's worth saying it here. Thanks. More
