We had been car shopping, and had been to many dealerships, where either the salesman were at your door before you could even open it, like vultures, We had been car shopping, and had been to many dealerships, where either the salesman were at your door before you could even open it, like vultures, or followed you around the whole time your looking. This was a big turn off too us. When we arrived at Fletcher's, we got out of the car and had been looking for awhile, before anyone approached us about a car. We like to look and then if we have questions, we ask. Our salesman, Greg Thacker, was very nice and not pushy. We asked a lot of questions about different cars, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out for us. The whole team was great to work with. More

Good salesperson but service dept. not so much. After a few days of negotiations we arrived at a mutually agreeable price. The car needed two new tires (this was a very expensive used car) which the dealer agreed to replace. I was to pick the car up on a certain day but after waiting all day the service department was unable to install them. The next day we decided to go to the dealership and the tires still weren’t installed. We eventually took the car and the tires which I will get installed at a cost. I believe our salesperson ( Tyler Spicer ) tried to get the tires installed but the service department wasn’t cooperative. I would recommend Tyler as a salesperson. A very nice , polite young man. The finance manager was efficient. More

Poor service after the sale Bought a "certified" pre owned truck in April. Went to use A/C for first time in May and it blows warm air.
