Excellent customer service. Fletcher CDJR didn't have a truck with the desired features on their lot, but they found one very quickly. They arranged to get the truck the next day and we took delivery on t truck with the desired features on their lot, but they found one very quickly. The paperwork to take delivery of the truck was quick and straightforward. Michael took time to show us the most often used and helpful features. There was never any pushy sales tactics, nor pressure to get a truck with additional options. I always try to shop local and Fletcher CDJR made it a great experience.
