I just wanted express my sincere thanks to Mr. Byron Brisby Jr., Mr. Ed Kiley, and Ms. Dana Claxton for the world class service we have been experiencing during our visits. I've owned many vehicles (BMW, Lexus, Mercedes) over the years and have dealt with many auto dealers. Hands down, Flemington BMW should be the benchmark for ALL automotive dealers, I've never experienced such professionalism, expertise, and a facility that is top notch ! First Class Client and Car Care I have been in for service way more than once. From little things like an oil change and a plastic plate I broke off to a full engine replacement proj I have been in for service way more than once. From little things like an oil change and a plastic plate I broke off to a full engine replacement project, Dana has always been extremely professional. She keeps me in the loop the whole time. She explains whats going on, when its going to happen by, and so much more. If you have trouble understanding something, she will take the time to listen to your question and answer until you know all you need to. She has always been more than accommodating. I honestly wish where I get my other brand vehicles serviced had more service representatives like her. Flemington BMW has an awesome asset in their service department that will keep me coming back. Service appointment I have been dealing with staff at the Flemington BMW dealership for over a decade. In all those years, I have been extremely pleased with my interact I have been dealing with staff at the Flemington BMW dealership for over a decade. In all those years, I have been extremely pleased with my interactions with every previous employee. The detailed care of each individual, and the pleasant personalties were great. There was always a comfort level whether it was meeting with Byron, who is knowledgeable and caring, or the wonderful other staff , as in Tom, who helped me in deciding on a car. However, during this last visit, I felt uncomfortable after my interaction with Dana. She told me that the scheduled appointment ( which was first stated as 1:00 P.M, although the follow up email stated 1:20 p.m.,and was slotted to be 90 minutes would now be 2 hours). It was 1:30 p.m. when she spoke with me. I asked why the change in time was added and she said an " interior procedure " was added. When I explained that I had a medical appointment at a certain time( for which I had left ample time to arrive) , she flippantly said, " Oh , then maybe we just won't clean and wash the car". I said I wanted it washed because I had been at the dealership around five times in the last few weeks to get it washed, and the car wash was always closed. The appointment was completed in plenty of time for me to make my appointment, but the attitude delivered from Dana was not appropriate when dealing with a customer. More

Finally, peace of mind For several month a warning message would pop up on the screen, along with a bell. You can imagine how distracting an annoying that can be. Although For several month a warning message would pop up on the screen, along with a bell. You can imagine how distracting an annoying that can be. Although my husband tried, according to him, several times, to have this resolved, it never was. So after having the "bell" go off one too many times while I was driving, I stopped to see Mr. Hierl. Needless to say, it was fixed the next day and my sanity was restored. Although some may disagree with that. Jim has a calm, reassuring manner, that makes you believe he can get it fixed. Which is exactly what i needed and wanted to hear. He did what he said he would do and is true to his word. A very important attribute in this day and age. My thanks and appreciation goes out to the whole team. More
