Friendly, Fun, Enjoyable Buying Experience - BMW Flemington On this past Saturday (Nov 15, 2014) my wife and I went in to purchase a BMW 328d Xdrive. We were positively greeted by Scott Smith upon arrival. We On this past Saturday (Nov 15, 2014) my wife and I went in to purchase a BMW 328d Xdrive. We were positively greeted by Scott Smith upon arrival. We sat down with Scott told him the model we were looking to purchase and he help guide us to a few models that fit our need. We quickly took a long test drive where Scott was very thorough in explaining all the great features and the different driving modes. It was by far the most enjoyable and thorough test drive I’ve taken and Scott made it fun for both my wife and I. After the test drive we talked numbers and how much we’d be using the car as Scott had different advice based on our needs. I never felt pressured and it was an easy conversation with Scott. He was very informative during the process. Example, “I’m going to take these numbers to the trade-in person, that will take 15 minutes. Would you like to watch TV in the customer service area or like some water?” It was nice he told us how long things would take and tried very hard to make us feel welcome. The car buying experience takes a few hours given all the steps and paper work, but it felt quicker and easier this time purchasing a car with Scott @ Flemington BMW. Scott is very organized and it made the process quicker. The very friendly service continued when we worked with Rebecca (Becky) Kosar in the Finance department. She shopped our financing around to multiple places and got us a great deal. The financing was not with BMW and I appreciated her finding a rate lower than the in-house BMW financing options. She was a pleasure to work with and I recommend working with her if you're going to financing a purchase. All in all, I would give Scott a 10 out of 10 and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. He went the extra mile multiple times with my wife and I during the process. He even took pictures, put a bow on the car and spent time programming the settings for our phone, navigation, radio, ect. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. -Jay & Kate More
