Recently, I decided to purphase a BMW and there was not a question in my mind where we would go to make our second purchase. We worked with Michael again and as expected, he was wonderful. He reviewed the best deals relative to leasing or buying and kept us informed as to the status of the car. When I picked up the car, he spent over 4 hours explaining all the features of the car and has continued to be responsive to all questions.
