This time I had to come in for a repair, not just your normal service. Laura Varga was the service professional who kept me apprised of what was happening with my vehicle and helped me make some decisions. She obtained a loaner vehicle for me (a 5 series!) and interfaced with my insurance company for their assessments and documentation. She communicated with me on a regular basis and was an extremely calming presence throughout the entire repair process. Highly recommend them. More
