They also promised to get us a second key and a remote for keyless entry. They failed to get those or even call us to tell us they hadn't. Before purchasing a car do the following: 1. Ask for a free Carfax from the Fleet Lease Inc. car sales person. 2. Have a good mechanic check it out. 3. They will try to sell you an extended warranty for $2000+ (Google on "extended auto warranty" before purchasing an automobile) 4. Get any of your additional requests in writing. 5. If you need to, you can purchase/use Pre Paid legal if needed later. (Just Google on "Pre Paid legal") More
This is the worst buisness ever. My Husband went here we were looking for a bettle and got into a 4 runner that was the complete opposite and when my husband asked if it had four wheel drive the idiotic sal were looking for a bettle and got into a 4 runner that was the complete opposite and when my husband asked if it had four wheel drive the idiotic sales man said all four wheels are moving and avoided the question. Then we got screwed over by their company and ended up not being able to trade in my car so we had two car payments and out car payment was 350 it was too much and we got haggled into it. More
Wow, what a horrible waste of a day. I went to Fleet Lease, drawn in by their low price ads I saw online. When I arrive the cars I was interested don't have all the options the ad said they did and the Lease, drawn in by their low price ads I saw online. When I arrive the cars I was interested don't have all the options the ad said they did and the prices are several thousand dollars higher than the ads. The sales guys running around knows nothing about the cars saying he's too busy and they sell too many to know the details. Right away they want to charge me $1000 as a dealer handling fee and $250 for a loan origination fee even though I'm paying in cash. I start to walk out and the dealer chases me to my car and says he'll drop the price. Ok, I stay and talk some more. I then find out that he wants to drop their 3 day power train warranty because the price is "too low" now. I get up to leave again and he changes his mind. Finally, right before I'm to sign the papers they announce that the tax rate isn't the 8% they had "guessed" it was, instead it was only 2.9%, but they want me to pay the same grand total. What? If the tax rate is lower I should pay less. Please, don't go here. I read a couple other negative reviews and thought I would be ok, but they will try every thing they can to screw you and take your money. The car I wanted was advertised at $13k. If I had signed the paper I would have been paying close to $15k plus tax and that's after having to negotiate with them for hours. I finally walked away letting them know I wasn't stupid enough to fall for their tricks. Hopefully you'll go someplace else too. More
