BUYER BEWARE I purchased a vehicle from Troy & Bryce at Flagstaff Autoexchange. I am saddened to say that exactly one day later (on a road trip) my car stopped I purchased a vehicle from Troy & Bryce at Flagstaff Autoexchange. I am saddened to say that exactly one day later (on a road trip) my car stopped accelerating in the middle of the hwy going 65-70 mph. This contintued frequently several times and my engine even shut off. It was in the shop twice for a week each time for several different reasons. After taking my car to Findlay Toyota, I have recieced a long list of cautionary problems to be worried about. At this point I have not only bought a car with payments, I have bought a dysfunctional problematic vehicle that will always have issues. While this car shopping could have been a wonderful experience, sadly is has become my worst nightmare. Troy & Bryce have been unprofessional since they were questioned about such issues. Basically they were glad to have passed the problem onto their customer with no ownership on their part to help. These issues put my lIfe and others in danger, with not even an apology for the high anxiety it had caused. After filing a complaint with the BBB, they retaliated against me for that reason & would not return phone calls or make contact with me. I was basically yelled (& spit) at by Troy simply just bringing this to his attention and thus this created a very hostile environment for me and my family. I have heard from several people at auto shops & Findlay Toyota that they constantly are fixing cars from them. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. Do your research. More
