I wasn't the easiest of customers, but he maintained his upbeat personality and patience throughout the process (aka ordeal). He kept in touch throughout the process and spent so much time explaining options and then the features of the vehicle. I truly am a happy customer. The sales manager, Ken Julian, is very pleasant and also came across as very trustworthy. He gave me a very good offer on the car without any back and forth. Paige Babcock, who followed up with the ordering process and delivery of the car is great! She is very pleasant to work with, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure the paperwork and the delivery process was as convenient as possible for me.
