Jared displayed the type of perseverance, professionalism and patience you would expect from a seasoned salesperson. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were impeccable. Nick Ioannidis made an immediate impression on us. His grasp of the process of buying/leasing vehicles was rivaled only by his ability to connect with us on a personal level making us feel confident in our purchasing decisions. He was not pushy and acted like someone trying to build a long-term relationship and not just a quick sale. This really one me over and I ended up deciding to replace both of my cars with a new Mercedes. What topped her service off was when i came to sign the paperwork, I needed starbucks she offered hers so i wouldn't have to go back out in the cold weather. I wouldn't offer my starbucks to anyone.😊 once my car was ready for pick up they had this wonder person Suada give me a tour of all the options that were new. She was so patient and her attention to detail about my vehicle was extra ordinary. Even took me on a quick test drive to show me how to work the self park feature on the car. The GM took time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before running to a meeting. Now that's service. All my friends will be sent to Kari and flagship. Amazing place to purchase a vehicle.
