While driving on Route 1 , Lynnfield, my car engine quickly had a reaction and shut down. I was able to continue driving with “a bump” and 5 foot slide which continued until I attained a parking lot. I stopped and called Nathan at Flagship Motorcars. Nathan called back quickly and arranged a truck to come and pick up my car and drive me to the dealership. He quickly gave his opinion but said it had to be confirmed. While being confirmed he arranged an Uber to drive md home with the confirmation he would confirm a fix to the problem as quickly as possible. A day and a half later he called to advise the problem is confirmed for fixing and an Uber would pick me up. I arrived at the dealership, Nathan confirmed the problems, the work eas done, I paid the price and returned home. More

I bought an used 2021 Mercedes GLC in April 2025. I had a decent experience with the dealership, yet with hindsight, it is very clear the individuals took advantage of the fact that I am young, 23 ye I had a decent experience with the dealership, yet with hindsight, it is very clear the individuals took advantage of the fact that I am young, 23 year old. After two and a half months of driving (only 800 miles), on July 1st, my trusted mechanic let me know that both my front and back brakes need to be replaced ($1,350 in charges). Flagship motors told me when I purchased the vehicle that it was fully serviced, yet the dealership only replaced the pads, not the rotors. This then resulted in violent shaking when braking at high speeds. Now, Flagship motors said they will not do anything for my troubles when it was abundantly clear they improperly serviced their own product. I am very disappointed in the dealership and advise anyone who is purchasing a used car from them to get a pre-inspection from an independent mechanic. They clearly condone and conduct shady practices. More
