I scheduled an oil change appointment and dropped my car off at the dealership. When I left the service guide on the dashboard in front of the driver so that they could validate the service. I called the service department twice and left a message each time asking that the service manager return my call. I was told that the service manager was working today but this person clearly chose to ignore my call. I paid almost $100 for "Toyota Service" and have purchased three cars from this dealership. I did not know that their attention to detail and interest in their customers had evaporated. I recommend that you save almost half the money and get the top synthetic oil service at Walmart! More

He knows his inventory and available merchandise extremely well and I have found I can always trust his knowlegable recommendations. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE! The service manager needs a lesson on "Code of ethics"! I took my Tundra there because I knew it needed a battery and could have gone to Autozone who The service manager needs a lesson on "Code of ethics"! I took my Tundra there because I knew it needed a battery and could have gone to Autozone who installs a battery for free when you buy it from them. The check engine light was on and the traction control was off due to the check engine light being on. They service manager forces you to sign a document stating they are going to charge you for the diagnostic they will do to determine what is wrong with your car/truck. I received a call from my service advisor and she told me they needed to install a battery before they could do a diagnostic. Once they put the battery in she called me again and said a diagnostic didn't need to be run because all the lights were off and normal. She said it only needed the battery and I could pick it up. When I arrived she charged me for the battery, installation, and the diganostic for a total of $477 and change. The lifetime battery at Autozone just blocks away was $250 for the lifetime battery they offer with free installation. I am not complaining about the battery or the installation. My complaint is for charging me a $140 diagnostic fee that did not need to be done because all systems were good once a new battery was installed. When I was called about whether or not I was happy with my service, I said no and explained to the person calling why. She put me on hold and went to talk to the Service Manager and he said we charged you for a diagnostic that you authorized. Yes, I did sign the document they forced me to sign for them to look at my truck. Anyone with common sense (aparently the service advisor had it because she told me the diagnostic did not need to be done) would not have done a diagnostic because the vehicle did it for them. The Service Manager declined to talk with me or listen to my reason for behing unhappy about my service. I had advised the person they had doing the survey that I was considering a new vehicle and was new to the area and his decision would effect future decisions regarding that dealership. She returned from putting me on hold and told me that he said that a diagnostic was on my bill and I was charged for it...end of story and he would not consider anything else. I do not know about you but I have NEVER had an automobile service department that was lost for ethics like this one. I will never return to this dealer unless they make some serious changes to their people and policies! Go to Five Star Toyota at your won risk! This Service Manager is very short on ethics and his views of success. He got my money, however; the dealership loses long term on reputation, new car sales and Yes service revenue as well. BTW, I advised that I would be reviewing them on this transaction and the Service Manager did not care one bit. That is pretty telling isn't it? More

WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR!!! I bought my car about 90 days ago from this dealer and from day 1 it has been a nightmare! 1). When I got the car home I realized it had not been det I bought my car about 90 days ago from this dealer and from day 1 it has been a nightmare! 1). When I got the car home I realized it had not been detailed or serviced and had no floor matts. 2). The. Teams where bad and I had to take it back within 2 weeks. 3) After the break repair, there is this clonking noise every time I turn my wheel and my car is making this loud noise whenever I accelerate. I took my car to a Toyota Dealer in Roswell, since it is still under Manufacturing Warranty, to be checked out. They did the diagnostic and tells me "whoever sold you this car needs to give you another one. This car has been in a collision and had several Transmission issue including one being replaced. The subframe has been pulled out the car as well. That clonking noise is really bad and we can't pin point it." The mechanic also wrote this up and added it to the Toyota system because there was NO history of any type of work or services done on my car in the system. It showed where parts were ordered but no details as to WHAT was done. The next day I drive ALL THE WAY back to Milledgeville Toyota and show them all the stuff Roswell Toyota wrote up from the diagnostic and they began to IMMEDIATELY tell me that Roswell was lying!!!! After checking my car out the service manager comes out and tells me and the sales person that sold me the car "Yeah the transmission is bad and it needs a new one. ". My sales person looking shocked as well in disbelief. I ask the service manager why is a Toyota that is only 2 years old under warranty needing a THIRD transmission?????? He shrugs his shoulder and his says "well my mechanic messed up the second one and I had to pay for that." This was on Tuesday 6/13/17 and they said my car would be ready next week Monday or Tuesday. However I got a call 2 days later saying my car was ready. WHAT! Okay I go pick up my car on Friday 6/16/17 and I ask "what about all the other issues listed from the diagnostic?" Robert the Asst Service Manager says "aww ain't nothing else wrong with your car. We out a new transmission in it and no paperwork is needed, it's all in the system. ". He gave me my keys and moved on. As I am driving back to Atlanta I hear the clonking noise as I turn again! I turned around and went back to he dealer and told both Robert and Brad (Service Managers) that my car is NOT fixed it's still making the clonking noise when I turn right or left!! I ask them for a print out of what was done on my car, which as a customer I have the right and should have had it in the first place. They both just looked at me gave me the print out and said nothing! Didn't even inquire about what was still wrong with my car. This morning I called to speak with the GM and I'm told he is not available but someone by the name of Trey is going to call me soon. My next step is to take Legal action against this dealer. None of the paper trail on this car lines up, even down to the color of the car, with anything and they refuse to fix the problems. I am in distress trying to get answers and resolution on a 3year old Toyota with a manufacturing warranty that I purchased only 90 days ago!!! It's sad and frustrating to be brushed off as if my concerns do t matter. If there is an issue with my CV Joints or any other axle issues I could have been killed led traveling back to Atlanta on the highway and they could care less! More
