I had not planned to get a vehicle so quickly but the deal that was offered was one of the better ones on the market. I happened to see one very similar and after a little negotiating I was able to get a price that fit my budget. Unexpectedly I was able to pull the trigger because I felt confident in the dealer and the price. I am really excited to say that after 41 years this is the first car that I picked JUST FOR ME and I have no regrets in the decision and a big thanks to Five Star! More

Untrustworthy I recently bought a vehicle from them and the car I bought needed work. The work needed was disclosed before I purchased the car and was put into my p I recently bought a vehicle from them and the car I bought needed work. The work needed was disclosed before I purchased the car and was put into my paperwork that it would be completed with no problems. 3 weeks later the issues are still not fixed and now I am getting the run around. My car has been back for these services but were not done. I was told it was fixed and now that I have it back it's still not fixed and I spoke to the service manager today who informed me they did NOT do the work after the salesman told me it was completed. Never again will I do business with them and I would advise others to stay away from this shady dealership More
